About Us

We are looking to recruit well-qualified graduates/undergraduates to become teachers across a wide range of subject areas. As a teacher, from day one you will receive a £30,500 starting salary, free on-site accommodation at our impressive Sussex campus, and free meals. Our programme is fully funded and includes sponsorship of a PGCE with QTS in your second year. Throughout the programme you will work closely with a mentor to build confidence in skills, knowledge and pedagogy.
